**Terms and Conditions for Delta Leadership, Incorporated**

Welcome to Delta Leadership, Incorporated (“Delta Leadership,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, including our website, mobile applications, and communication platforms such as SMS or email (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services.

### 1. **Acceptance of Terms**

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our Services.

### 2. **Eligibility**

### 4. **A2P Messaging Compliance**

Delta Leadership may communicate with you via SMS, MMS, or other A2P (Application-to-Person) messaging services in compliance with applicable laws and guidelines, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA) guidelines.

  1. Delta Leadership Use of SMS Communication
    1. If you create a calendar appointment with Delta Leadership or make a purchase online, and have opted into SMS messaging you can expect to receive 3-4 text messages for each transaction.  Such as, appointment reminders, delivery notifications, etc. Carrier rates may apply.  
    2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply
      text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,”
      we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this
      confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin,
      sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to
      you.
    3. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly
      to info@deltaleadership.com
    4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
    5. As always, message and data rates may apply for
      messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive 2-3 messages per transaction

**Consent to Receive Text Messages**  

By providing your phone number and opting into our messaging services, you consent to receive promotional, informational, or transactional messages from Delta Leadership. Message frequency will vary depending on your interaction with our Services.

**Opt-Out**  

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive. After you send the opt-out request, we will stop sending text messages to your number. For additional help, you may reply with “HELP” or contact us directly at info@deltaleadership.com

**Standard Message and Data Rates**  

Your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates may apply. Delta Leadership is not responsible for any additional charges incurred from your carrier due to receiving our messages.

### 5. **Account Registration and Security**

Some areas of our Services may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
